What accounts do you offer and how can I apply for an account?
We offer 2 styles of accounts; either a prepay account or approved credit terms account. If you would like to enquire about setting up an account with us, please contact us with your details.
How can I pay for my order?
We can accept credit card on all orders at the online checkout. If you have agreed terms on your account, you will be able to select the option to Pay on Account at the checkout. We charge no credit card merchant fees, no pick/pack or handling fees on our orders.
Can I pay by EFT?
Yes, however orders will not be released until the funds have been fully cleared into our bank account. Please use your WBC Customer Number or Trading Name in the Payment reference field of your Bank ETY Transfer to assist us with allocating your payment to your order quickly. Please email a copy of your remittance to ar@harrisontrading.com.au
What if I order the wrong product?
We will happily work with you to refund or exchange an incorrectly ordered product. All returns will be subject to a return freight charge.
What if I receive damaged product?
We will replace this product for you free of charge all we ask is that you hold the damaged stock for us to collect.
What if I am looking for a product not listed on the website?
Please contact our customer service team and they will investigate the product to see if we can source for you.
What if a product is out of stock?
We endeavour to fulfill every order but occasionally we may be out of stock. We replenish frequently so please keep an eye on the website. If you need a more immediate response, please contact Customer Service or your Sales Representative.
How can I put in specific delivery instructions?
If you have ongoing delivery instructions, please let our customer service team know who will save to your account file. If you have any special delivery requirements as a one off please add to Order Comments section at the checkout.
Do all prices include government taxes?
All prices exclude GST (10%) but include Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) & WET (Wine Equalisation Tax). GST is shown separately at checkout.
