The Lasanta begins in their giraffe-high stills, which yield a deliciously delicate and fruity spirit. After a 10-year maturation process in American white-oak, ex-bourbon casks, the blend is transferred to superior casks that once contained Spanish Oloroso or PX sherry, transforming it into a mouth-watering odyssey bursting with rich spiciness and sun-drenched sweetness.
