Know your produce

Not in a huge rush? Pop in and inspect the produce for yourself in our North Wollongong warehouse. All our sourcing is fully transparent, from seafood off to the boat to everyday basic supplies, you’re kept informed and you can keep your customers in the loop too.

The way you cost your dishes can make or break a business. We can look at your menu and consider market conditions to suggest what to buy and when. We can assist in costing and pricing dishes to ensure your profit margins are as good as your food.

Take delivery when it suits you

We can deliver to Illawarra venues 7 days a week. Simply order before xx the day before and nominate your preferred delivery time. We’re hospitality professionals so it goes without saying that we aim to avoid delivering in peak service periods. For alcohol orders, order by 2pm Wednesday for Friday delivery.
