El Alma The Soul Cask is a special and limited edition on Ron Zacapa 23 Year Old rum. A blend of rums of different ages and profiles, further aged for a second time in charred ex-American whiskey casks. These casks have been charred and exposed to flames that reach deep within the grain to ignite and extract the attributes of the wood and the essence of nature. It imparts the rum with uniquely deep toasted notes. The taste gives a hint of roasted almonds, cinnamon and sweet toffee as rich as the heart of the land that surrounds Ron Zacapa distillery.
