Rich, aromatic blackcurrants give a full and intense flavour with slight tartness and acidic citrus notes leaving a sweet and tangy fruity taste, with a subtle, sweet aroma.

This famous fruity liqueur is used in cocktails and mixers all over the world and packs rich blackcurrant notes with a lingering sweet and sour finish. Made solely from natural ingredients, Bols Crème de Cassis liqueur works particularly well in citrusy cocktails. Our favourite Crème de Cassis cocktail is a classic Kir Royal. This sparkly aperitif simply never disappoints.


Kir Royale Recipe

  • Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a champagne flute.
  • Top with chilled champagne and garnish with the fresh or frozen blackberry.
