Petaluma harvests chardonnay fruit from seven distinguished site vineyards in the Piccadilly Valley sub-region of the Adelaide Hills. The result is a very textured wine with lovely lingering acidity. A complex array of melon fig and cashew aromas is followed by a typically elegant and subtle palate with beautifully integrated oak. A benchmark in Australian Chardonnay.
